It all started with a sweet 10 year old girl who loved to bake. It was her passion, and she wanted to share it with the world. So, that was the birth of The Little Blue Chick: Sweets and Treats. The chick is a symbolism of that little girl's other passion for animals. That little girl's name is Caroline Lawton, and she wants to "Bake the world a better place."
She is the head chef, and CEO. she is also the friendly face at the counter taking your order at our physical location.
Her role is housekeeping, and using her talents as our graphic design wizard.
Maddie Flink is one of the original Little Blue Chick members her role is in the kitchen baking sweets and treats.
Hayes' role at the Little Blue Chick includes baking as well as seasonal marketing.
